Position: Document Delivery and Image Specialist
- Worked on a large scale project for Canadian Immigration Council that evaluated applicants educational equivalency according to Canadian standards
- Ensured international applicants and organization received their educational assessments for immigration, post-secondary application and employment purposes in Canada

- digitized international academic transcripts and increased image quality removing watermarks and while maintaining institutional stamps and seals for clarity during evaluation
- Used AICES database to prioritize of document delivery, retrieve and track outgoing mailing methods, and assign tracking numbers
- Used Citrix to collaborate and share information through cloud computing with head office in New York to ensure documents reached clients for deadlines

Robertson Davies Library - Massey College 2011 - 2012
Position: Rare Book Cataloguer, Volunteer and Practicum
- Cataloguing print specimen books from early 20th century America and Canada
- Experience using AACR2 and MARC21 specifications and Library of Congress authorities and subject headings
- Experience using Cataloguer's Desktop and SirsiDynix Symphony Workflow software
- Researched printers, publishers from the 1900s America
- Researched binding, printing and rare book terminology using numerous thesauruses
- Using proper care and handling procedures for rare books and how to describe damage
- A page by page comparison of three issues bearing the same title to identify differences in this 1300 page work

- Performed collection maintenance duties such as systematically reorganizing, moving and re-shelving the collection in alphabetical order by Type Foundry
- Production of 5 original catalogue records for that are now available through the University of Toronto Libraries system, call numbers: TYPE 0001 - TYPE 0005
